Engineer — Relationships
Building ecosystems of relationships that support opportunity, collaboration, and growth.
Anchor — Authority
Developing grounded internal authority that allows you to operate confidently in high-performance environments.
Influence — Impact
Using identity, expertise, and relationships together to shape systems and create meaningful change.
These phases are sequential for learning and cyclical for growth, allowing professionals to revisit and refine them throughout their careers.
